Locust Point continues its remarkable transformation. It is an eclectic mix of old Baltimore rowhouses, newer homes, and even condos in a former grain elevator. The office market is doing well here as well. Driven by the 800 pound gorilla of the 'hood Under Armour, it has become a hot office market. The McHenry row development is expanding and business are snatching up office space as fast as it can be built.

Locust Point is one of the city's safest, which is even more impressive considering its core location. It has a similar historic housing stock to many of Baltimore's rougher neighborhoods with nary a murder or vacant in site. It gets this blog's nod as one of Baltimore's "Most UnWirey".
